Ancient Coin Grading
NGC Ancients grades most coins struck in the Western world from the origins of coinage thorugh c. AD 500, as well as coins fo the Byzantine Empire (AD 491-1453).

NGCX
NGC is the first grading authority to offer a 10-point grading scale for coins, making it easier than ever for collectors of comics and cards to expand their interest to coins.

NGC Shipwreck Certification was established to address the special factors that must be considered when grading coins that have spent time submerged in the sea.

NGC has created a variety of attractive certification labels to enhance the presentation of NGC-graded coins. These include labels hand-signed by famous hobby figures as well as labels that feature officially licensed brands and logos. Many of these special labels are available for all NGC submitters, while others are made available through select retailers.
